Class A - (0-127)- 0 and 127 range are not included
Class B - (128-191)
Class C - (192-223)
Class D - (224-239)-For Multicasting
Class E -  (240-255)-Scientefic Purpose

1-126 are the assignable IP ranges
127.0.0.0 range ip is loop back address and it is used to check whether TCP/IP protocol and NIc card are working properly.
